JaysDomain 0 Posted May 27, 2009 Hoping somebody from NUUO can help me out... When will the 7004 & 7008 cards be available to purchase in the U.S.? What is the difference between the "SCB-IP+04" and "SCB-IP-04" (+/-)? I purchased a new 4 IP license for my hybrid server and think I was sent an SCB-IP-04 (which looks to have been opened). Is there a way to make sure the dongle/license is a +04 and is valid? The dongle is blue and has 2 stickers on it, 1 says "4", the other has a 7 digit number. Thanks. yclin_nuuo 0 Posted June 3, 2009 Dear JaysDomain, NUUO has released 7016 so far. 7004 and 7008 will be released very soon. IP+ stands for the software version greater than 3.0. IP stands for the software versions prior than 3.0. To make sure of the software version as in the screenshot, you may go to 'config'->'about main console' -> check 'model type'. Cheers, Yung-chung Lin
ipvideosolutions 0 Posted June 5, 2009 IP + also means it supports Megapixel IP cameras.
3RDIGLBL 0 Posted June 9, 2009 I am also waiting for the 7004 and 7008 card. I was told mid June for availability through distribution so I have already started quoting them. Now I'm hoping there will be no delay in release or no major issues. Let it be known that I have had great experience so far with NUUO support. My customers appear to really like the interface and I find it much easier to explain than the GV systems I used to build.
