allassio 0 Posted May 31, 2009 I have a 16 channel Dedicated Micros Sprite-lite DX multiplexer which, until recently, has worked flawlessly. My electricity supply company called to change the meter and everything was powered down. After the new meter was installed, everything else in the house works, except the multiplexer. Now, when plugged in, all I get are the four lights on the front (Live - Play - Spot - Record) and an additional dimmed circular red light that appears to be behind the facia. Wrote to Dedicated Micros and someone suggested that the power supply may be faulty. I thought that strange as I have the set-up lights all on. Normally at switch-on, all 4 lights come on and then the system resets leaving only 2 of them lit. But now, no output. Anyone have any ideas about this please? Cheers, Wyn.
