I think I need a quad? SSC 473 to TV

I have one SSC 473 and I plan to add more maybe up to 4. I wanted to be able to watch all 4 cameras off one tv through an RCA.

 

I think I need what is called a "quad" not quite sure. What is a good brand that wont degrade picture quality?

 

I would also like to be able to output from the "quad" to my computer onto the internet.

 

I would also like to be able to turn my computer into a DVR with motion detection.

 

1. Where can I find a good quad?

2. How can I record from quad to computer?

3. How can I stream from computer to internet?
