'not connect DVR message'

I used to be able to log in to security system remotely on my laptop but have not done so for a couple of months. When I now try to log in remotely I am getting a message on the screen saying "not connect DVR'

 

What am I doing wrong? The unit is a Swann DVR Net and we are running Netviewer.

may be you should delete the Active X and login again,it can download the Active-x and re-install it,and then ,you can see the dvr
