Must restart Geovision system before I can play back video

Is it just me or do others need to restart their Geovision system at least ounce a day or Viewlog hangs up when playing back video. I do use this computer for other things besides the security cameras so I'm thinking maybe something else is conflicting with ViewLog. If I flip it to Frame By Frame it plays fine with no restart needed. But then there is no sound. Any ideas what may be wrong? Thanks Dave

What kind of system specs / GeoVision card and version of software are you using?
