Is it possible to recover back the video files? My DVR is H264 Technology. Newbie It MIGHT be possible, if the drive is removed and plugged into a computer with recovery/undelete software. Will depend a lot on how the disk is normally formatted. Keep in mind that if as long as you have it running, it will be overwriting any residual data that's there, which will reduce the chances of recovering anything.
