inosek 0 Posted June 29, 2009 We have 4 16-channel DVRs in the building. Three of them are operating perfectly, however, DVR1 will not allow me to connect via Wave Reader under a normal connection. I'm able to connect live, but I cannot pull any footage from this DVR. I've powered it off several times, both with and without the network cable connected. It seems to think that there's already an active connection. I've also attempted to get into the Ethernet settings on the menu, and it will not let me enter that menu. (I tested this on DVR2 to ensure that the passwords haven't been changed.) Would going back to factory settings help? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
