monitorman 0 Posted July 11, 2009 Hi all some help needed please. I have had a Baxall DTL DVR on the shelf for some time now; it was removed from a site due to an upgrade. I now need to use the unit on a temporary install but I cannot access the main menu, as I don’t know the password, and the default passwords have at some time been changed. Anyone out there know how to default this unit? Otherwise I will have to wait until I can contact Norbain tech. Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rupertotech 0 Posted July 11, 2009 Have you tried the manufactures website. You can try downloading the latest firmware which I know for most DVR's will reset it back to default removing the password. if your dvr has a usb just download it to a flash drive into main folder and reload from there unless the manufacture requires a different way to default the system. hope that helps. good luck.
