Cannot access dvr from internet, local or outside...

I used to be able to access the site, not too long ago something changed, I checked the computer and the c: drive only had like 2megs left of space, I cleaned some files and now has 800 megs, but when itry to connect from outside or inside it does not work....should i reinstall diginet? or reinstall apache on its own and how...? how do i know ifapache is running? what is the .exe name on the taskbar?

Router settings are the same as they were when it was working....

Try a restart of your modem, router and computer. Check you firewall settings.

probably firewall settings, in your server PC or remote PC.
