Geovision 1480 Help with setting up Cam 9-16 port not author

Hello,

 

I have a DVR system with a GV1480 card and am having trouble getting the second set of cameras to come online. when I try to look at them in any mgt window I get a port not authorized error or nothing listed beyond camera 1-8. Can someone point me in the right direction to enable cameras 9-16 please.

 

My system is:

DVR software version 8.3

P4 2.4GHz chip

2Gb RAM

1Tb storage

are you the admin? it could be a permissions thing
