hexscyn 0 Posted August 5, 2009 ok, I am trying to get my cameras working on my DVR GV1480 and had lost the blue cable for the camera inputs so I bought a replacement online but it was a black cable not like the original blue one. could a cable be the reason I can not bring up the second port of cameras 9-16? are the cables port specific or does it not matter? If it's not the cable, what else could be preventing the card from seeing cameras 9-16? Help please Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
purdywis 0 Posted September 2, 2009 I know the older gv600 cards had a black cable with 4 audio inputs as well. if you used a black without the 4 audio, the gv600 would read the video in as audio and you could "see" it on the audio green box with a sine wave.
