help downloading a Solidex please

Hi,

 

I was burgled last week and need to give the police the footage of the thieves.

yes...I have lost the instructions.

 

its a Solidex 4ch DVR about a year old and cost just more than £100.

 

can someone give me instructions do download to a USB memory stick please.
