GviewV2 crashing Geovision (somtimes) during connect? 8.3v

Hi,

 

I seem to be having an issue where if I connect using my Gview v2 software on my WM6 phone it can crash Geovision 8.3 on my GV800. Other times it works fine but most of the time it crashes.

 

Any ideas on what to do?
