Janet 0 Posted August 18, 2009 I have LYD DDS1000 survellience system. I am trying to access remotley and am unable to do so. What am I doing wrong? I load the "Network server" and try to access via IP address but am unsuccessful. Getting help from the makers is harder than having tooth pulled. Can someoen help me? sd2 0 Posted September 5, 2009 Give more details of your network and dvr network set-up internal settings such as port # info to make sure you have the correct port number(s) forwarded and or the dvr located outside of the the network firewall (DMZ)...Can you connect via LAN? I don't know where to find the info you need. the default port number is 80. I haven't forwarded ports yet, because I really don't know how to.
