Experiencing smearing with color cam & Geovision

Hoping that this is simply a setting that I'm overlooking:

 

Panasonic WV-CPR654 color cam, works like a champ with a direct input into a video monitor.

 

When I connect it to an input from my Geovision GV-250 card, the image deteriorates drastically, colors smear and appear abnormal, with an unusable overall image.

 

I've only ever used Panasonic WV-BP554 B&W cams with this card before, with great results, first time trying a color camera.

 

Any and all suggestions/help appreciated. Please advise if you need additional info.
