remote Web dvr not working with Internet Exp 8

I have kodicom product and i have been using it perfecly until now. since I bought new computer and this computer have INTERNET EXPLOERE 8 which doesn't allow me to run webdvr in this laptop (it gives and error called (DEP Data execution prevention) and close the browser

i read on the internet that this is an option and tried to disable in Internet Explorer>>>TOOLS>>INTERNET OPION>> ADVANCE>>>ENABLE MEMORY PROTECTION TO HELP ONLINE METIGATION

 

BUT the above option seems to be not clickable

Hi, if your dvr support windows, it should support IE8, you had better ask their website's tech support for help! May master-hand here may help you!
