blake 0 Posted September 17, 2009 I was wondering if any of you installers that do residential work use these types of wall plates when you bring all you siamese camera cables out of the wall? http://www.parts-express.com/wizards/searchResults.cfm?srchExt=CAT&srchCat=948 Since i'm runnin eight cameras along with one into three video outs,i thought that a low voltage mounting bracket along with bulk cable wall plate would be my best bet when i bring all my cables out of the wall. jeromephone 6 Posted March 2, 2010 we run raceway all the time. Whateveer brand you use standardize as all the little fittings will mess you up as color size etc vary from one to the other brands. Cardinal rule of raceway if it has an adhesive back be sure to screw it to the wall. The glue will let go in a couple of years and the install will look like crap. The stuff is fairly expensive so we always show it as a line item when quoting.
