kevmitch 0 Posted September 21, 2009 Hey Guys, Any advice on this one would be fantastic, I have a Linearis DVR set up with and out put to quad splitters and then in to UHF modulators. The pictures on the Plasma TVs around the house is flickering every 40 seconds or so and it seems like the resolution is wrong as it cuts the top and bottom half of the image off? Any Ideas? Neutech 0 Posted October 1, 2009 What sort of Modulator? Try adjusting the gain down on the modulator or up if its to low why are you splitting out the outputs to Quad? why not output straight from DVR to Modulator? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
kevmitch 0 Posted October 1, 2009 I managed to sort the flickering it was due to a firmware conflict, did a firmware upgrade and its cured the problem.. I'll have a look at the gains on the modulator thanks... it goes to quad as there are loads of equipment that needs the camera feeds its all linked in with thermal images, remote video unit, also a second set of coax for each camera for some reason? looks like he had two dvrs at some point who knows why?
