I have a problem DV16000 - when loading the program gives an error: hardware failed whith code 0xFE Intellex 3.2 version I understand that this may be related to the video capture card. not sure exactly. Could you help me, and is there a way to buy somewhere that the video capture card separately, and at what price. Thanks!
RickA 0 Posted October 1, 2009 Have you checked the ribbon cables on the back of the unit to make sure they are plugged in properly?
CCTV_Suppliers 0 Posted October 1, 2009 Before changing VACD card, double check its connection to the motherboard. Shot down the computer, remove the cards and then put it back in and makes sure it is sitting tight on the PCI socket.. then check the cable connection between both VACD and daughter cards... Also, apply the latest available driver for it here: http://americandynamics.net/support/downloads_20030903_Intellex_VACD_Updates.aspx OR all the updates or drivers are here: http://americandynamics.net/support/downloads_intellex.aspx More complete parts, products and documentation for any Intellex is here: [mod: link removed] Just in case, you can get the VACD card here: [mod: link removed] VACD card failure is very rare, so go through the steps above before buying anything... If this was a part of an upgrade or restore, then chances are very good that the problem could be the driver...
