Odd thing happening with a ge storesafe proII

I have an aforementioned ge prosafe that does not bring up a picture in wavereader but the green lite on the play button comes on and it reads the ip address...? This is the same whether at the site on a laptop or remotely viewing? Anyone else have this happen? Well I do have 1.5 terabites running on it but it worked fine for 6 months untill now....Also cant even get live view?

try and change the port on your camera try up in the 5000 i.e 5550

you isp might have blocked your existing port

I cant speak for this newer model, but with the older models if the DVRs were not recording you would not see any video.
