Hi to every body.im new in these forum.

 

is there any solution to change the serial number of the card?

Specialy for Hikvision series or Hanbang series.

for example programming eeprom or etc,

because i had an old dvr and bought software for that but now i want to transfer this software to the new one.

No! But you can buy new license for new >D>VR

I know a tool can change the serial number of some cards. You can ask your hardware supplier for that. But it's useless for transfering the software. As JOINDVR said, you have to get a new license for the new one.
