Comparable dome cams to the Panasonic WV-CW474?

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on an equivalent cam in quality such as the Panasonic one below... but cheaper. It is going to be used indoors facing a lobby door, and the outside door as well where there is bright sunlight visible at times to the cam.

GE Ultraview Dome - I havent used it, but the price is much less than the Pano.
