I have an 8 channel intellex system version 3 - it csame from a site that closed down recently - anyway its all working except for the begin record and clear latched alarms function in "utilities". I have reset the system to factory resets - i noticed that when i do this it looks for the factory defaults on my a:/ drive. Am i right in thinking that somebody moved/removed the file that contains the factory reset info and put it on a disk - if so - does anyone have a fix ?
