e1nf4ch 0 Posted October 22, 2009 Hi Forum, We got a serious problem at our bar...our camserver (GV 800 with 8 cameras) has been tampered! There are 3 cameras with VIDEO LOST message, along with 3 related camera folders deleted. The admin password being altered. Is there any way to reset the admin password accordingly? How to re-initiate the lost folders? How to trace the problem with VIDEO LOST message...do we have to trace the cables first or just check the connectors? e1nf4ch 0 Posted October 26, 2009 We're in New York (Little Italy), but it's OK ...I've already fixed it (after tedious time doing trial by error, fixing the PC and also tracing the cables).
