scorpion 0 Posted October 26, 2009 The IC chip that it identifies is bad. Is this a new DVR? Can you take it back to the sellar for a warranty issue?

Netsecurity 0 Posted November 19, 2009 I have seen this issue in a lot of the 4ch Cpcam/Avtech DVR's There is an issue with recording in Super Best Quality, lower it down to best clear your drives and see how it goes Cp/Av state that the latest firmware fixes the fault but i still have two units away back to them with the latest F/W on them that are still doing it. The only fix i have found is Bring them back to best and clear the drives. Regards Robin Fleming Service Manager Net Security Wholesalers
