smoggy 0 Posted October 30, 2009 hi all i am new here , i have set up 4 cctv cameras throught a quad splitter but with some problems with the swirl lines coming down the screen, the cable is 20m from the house to the cameras via bnc , i have a quad splitter which works as far it goes getting pictures but cant get rid of the swirling lines, have tried the best i can and tried a few things but cant get any joy so far, the cameras has their own adapters 12v 1amp each , i have also downloaded the set up to the forum for you guys to see anyone has an idea, have tried each camera one by one but still geting the lines , also tried the one camera to the tv on its own and get pictures but with slight lines not as bad as this one with 4 connected any help guys many thanks smoggy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
smoggy 0 Posted October 30, 2009 i am using bnc connections and the wires are 20 m each , i did buy the cameras and the splitter seperately so im thinking they arent compatible with each other or is their some other way around it , they are horizontal lines same problem as another member thanks smoggy anyone out there got any ideas many thanks smoggy anyone !!!!! calling all you techies or arent there any !!!!!!!!!!!!
