rory 0 Posted November 5, 2009 Hi, this addresses both of your threads. Regarding the password, an old answer I had was for older Geo Versions not the 8.xx ones, but either way unfortunately it sounds like you have totally messed up the geo install. Like it or not best bet would be to format the PC. You could just try removing all the Geo installs, then removing all the geo*.ini files in the windows folder. Then delete any GV folders, and run CCleaner or another registry cleaner program. Restart and reinstall Geo. Note you will need to install the drivers for that version of Geo first, before you try to run the Geo program, so install them first. Some older cards will not run with some newer Geo software. Also the OS you use might be an issue, make sure it is 32bit., if its Windows 7 for example you may encounter issues. BTW Doing this you will loose all your Geo settings. Still, that does not clear the password in the registry but i am unsure at this time exactly where it is and also not allowed to say it in the public forum. However it might get rid of the run time error you mentioned you were getting. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
