scorpion 0 Posted November 10, 2009 Thanks RickA! I spent the weekend in Campbellville. They were greatful that I brought sunshine with me! I got a call from someone with troubles. Their CCTV business went under, and they came to me from a search engine. They have video issues. I am guessing it is the video octopus. Do you sell those individually as an accessory? RickA 0 Posted November 10, 2009 Yeah we have the octopus cables in stock, depends on the channel outputs, might want to check for playback issues, there is a firmware update on these, depending on the problem, this might be the answer. if I can be of any help, you can call 800-399-7769 ext 148, and I will see what we can do.
