Adjustable frame rate from 1 to 30 per camera Internet remote viewing Lan or usb port or external hd for backup Record on motion detection dvd burner if it's available a good system (stable firmware) and update firmware budget 3000 - 5000 $ (maybe more) My cam are already installed I pretty sure i have people have this king of dvr, i have a pc with gv-800 8 ports, but now i can't put a pc and the super user have no knowledge for that kind of system Thank you very much for your answer maxcam Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

LOL but seriously, go to Avermedia's site and check out their stuff. I've recently become a big fan of their stuff. You can get everything you want and them some for WELL below your budget. Plus a lot of their units are hybrids so you can even afford to add some sweet IP cams to your system and still come out below budget! Check out Acti for the cameras...
