Although if everyone is going with Intel then why fix what isn't broke? I absolutely love AMD and build many desktops using their processors but always build my DVR's with proven components. forbus 0 Posted November 30, 2009 I have tried it only once and it performed badly. So, I switched to an Intel system and it worked fine. Now, I can't really say that they don't work on AMDs, because it's only one incident, but I'd stick with Intel since I know that I will definitely not have a problem with it.
