tomdlgns 0 Posted November 18, 2009 i really like this program. it allows me to quickly click the favorite button and pick from a list of 5 DVRs that i want to watch. the only problem is, some of my newer DVRs have the new software and i cant figure out how to activate TCP/IP on the new systems. any help? i cant imagine that they got rid of this feature with the 8.3 software, but at the same time, the hot key isn't the same and i cant figure out how to manually turn it on. thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rocko_mtv 0 Posted January 16, 2010 Actually they did eliminate this feature in 8.3 Try using the "Multiview" feature via Internet Explorer. You can add multiple DVR's after you configure the first one you log on to. You should notice better image quality with less latency also versus the old multiview program.
