Bosch Divar firmware corrupt / reprogram bios?

Anyone know howto reinstall firmware on bosch divar dvr16? It's don't boot and nothing happends on serial port or monitor. No light are on and it's don't event take firmare with zmodem/xmodem protocols with hyperterminal on serial port.

 

The seller of the bosch divar dvr16 said that no one in this planet have't broken the firmware in these devices or corrupted the firmware while upgrading it. And he's telling that bosch don't know how to fix this problem. They can build these devices, but cannot reprogram these?

 

Any help will be nice, I don't have money to buy new one.
