CP CAM 561 Sys error 01-000 , Rebooting fault

My Cp cam 4 ch DVR displays sys err 01 000 and reboots as soon as I connect any camera to the DVR,

Pls guide ... quick help appreciable....

I do not know what to tell you.

 

Do you have anything plugged in to the audio? If yes, then unplug the audio input, and outputs.

 

If you still have the code then do a system hardware reset.

Hopefully this will clear out the trouble.

 

If the hardware reset does not work then the chip inside has blown.

 

You will have to return it to where you bought it under a warranty.

 

If it is not under a warranty then you will have to find an electronics shop that has the ability to remove, and install the chip. Finding the chip will be hard. They are easy to find in lots of 100 or 1000 but not as one piece.

Well the unit is out of warranty,,

There are no audio inputs or o/p connected to the dvr,

& also after the Hardware reset does the dvr reboots or something, I am not sure the hardware reboot is performing as the dvr status is not affected..

You have a date time failure, and you have an audio code failure on the same machine?

No , this CP cam 561 unit has only audio code fault, & unit reboots as soon u connect any video i/p
