Top spec PTX POE + Computer?

Hello forum,

this is my first post.

Great as google is there is only so far one can go and I have reached that point.

 

I am trying to get a great PTZ camera for the wildlife in my garden. I have a POE enabled router and a projector. I am presently building a media server for the home and would like to tie them all together.

 

So far I could only find this wonderful gem:

but in is in the wrong country. I am in the UK and no POE!!

Do wifi joysticks exist?
