v8.3.1 shows "detect record abnormal" with Windows

I am trying to run GV800 v8.3.1 on Windows 7, everthing looks ok, except recording. When I turn on recording, it prompts an error message " detect record abnormal! codec missing.......try reinstall multicam..."

So the system will not record!! And I have tried reinstall the program many times, same problem.

 

i have 2 harddisk, one with Windows 7, the other with XP.

 

When I switched back to XP (by disconnecting Windows 7 harddisk), it runs perfectly without any errors.

 

Any idea how can i solve this problem ?
