The term "VGA" has two common uses: Generically, "VGA" is a type of video signal produced by most computer video cards and accepted by most computer monitors, typically using HD15-type (15-pin high-density D-sub) connectors. howards cowards 0 Posted December 15, 2009 Thanks for the reply. A little more info please. I'm looking at a SA6000E Pro by Avermedia. It has a VGA rec frame rate of 240fps with a CIF rec rate of 480. What is the difference? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
