I have Gv-1480 running 8.1 and am about to upgrade to 8.3.2 but I have over 100 webcam usernames/passwords and I can't find a definitive answer - when completing an upgrade do you lose all previous settings? rocko_mtv 0 Posted January 16, 2010 Shut down GV program. Uninstall previous version from Geovision program folder. Leave ALL files if prompted. Reboot. Install new version to same file path. Reboot. Everything should still be configured as before. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
