MasterC 0 Posted December 21, 2009 please help me my dvr is automaticly reboot when client from WAN is connected. it take 5-10min after the client connected then the dvr is buzzing then reboot. how to fix this problem? and why the dvr buzzing and rebooting when the client is connected. thx in advance MasterC Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MasterC 0 Posted December 21, 2009 reboot dvr can it came from software conflict? cause this dvr is brand new and after i setup the modem and dvr i ask help my friend to connect to my dvr from wan side. let call all my friends client A, client B and client C when Client A dan Client B connected nothing happen, all works fine after the Client C connected the problem occur Client A dan B disconnected from dvr, Client C reconnected. after 5-10minutes the dvr buzzed and rebooted. coryatintegrated 0 Posted December 21, 2009 Ok, so it sounds like the DVR software is causing a system error that crashes the DVR. I suppose it's possible that some error occurs after multiple clients connect and disconnect. I would definitely contact the manufacturer if you can. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
