HELP with a speco 16TH hybrid and 2 sipsd10x cameras

Im a low volt guy whos done analog cctv and knows comp networking. I always come to read but now Im here for help!!!If anyone knows the new speco stuff I would love to pick your brain asap....Help

 

speco 16TH hybrid

and 2 sipsd10x cameras

I got picture on the dvr via ip but I cannot control it from the dvr

I have protocol set to pelco p

b rate is 9600

no parity

still nothing

if I switch camera to stream via tcp and pull it up in speco nvr software active monitor I can move it

but if I set the camera back to rtp over upnp I get a picture at the dvr but it still wont control the functions. Help please!!!!!!!1
