Do I have to do a "backup" and then play the backup to hear the audio? or can I hit the play button on the DVR control and hear the audio from that. bfaridnia 0 Posted January 5, 2010 Found out that in order to hear the audio, I have to backup the file to my computer. I then can hear the audio. However, once i restart the program, and load the backup file, the audio goes away and the volume option is greyed out. i can hear audio onsite. Any ideas?
