levih 0 Posted January 4, 2010 Hi Guys, My workplace is currently running the Ts04 MagicRadar system. We are having a few problems with the software actually viewing the cameras. When we launch the monitoring software, all our camera screens appear pure green (It turned out black in the screenshot), no image. I believe that this may be an issue with the codecs, but I have tried many different codecs and it still has not resolved the problem. Any suggestions? Regards, Levi. Regards, Levi. this happends on hikvision machines a few years ago also when the H/Drive was full. empty your H/Drive (it says full in pic) so no recordings. and reboot and try again. levih 0 Posted January 5, 2010 Hi Tom, Thanks for the reply. Im not quite sure this is the issue. This 'Green Screen' is only happening on the reception computer, we have a laptop with MagicRadar installed, yet it streams the video feed. Thats why I am thinking it has something to do with the codec. Just then I had installed Nero 9, and tried MR again, and it worked!!!
