fdan4817 0 Posted April 11, 2005 I must say I have been impressed with GeoVision's Pre-sales support. We have been working on issue with a GV card and tech support has responded via email a couple of times to help us try to sort out the problem. We simply verifiy the card is authentic and only charge for the freight on shipping the upgrade chip, software, and new manual to the customer.
