ptz problem - restarting gvnvr

Hello

 

I have problem, when i want change screen from quad display to one camera (number one only) fullscreen, program show this error:

 

in fault application gvnvr.exe version 8.3.1.0, in fault program unit PTZreadlni.dll, 0x00010D7E

 

can someone help me? i need know why this error displayed and how i can remove this error.

 

(i try reseting GV-unit and deleting information from GV-nvr and from beginning install. but dont know how long this can work)
