diver165 0 Posted January 21, 2010 OK, I've done as much reading as I care to do.... I have pretty much decided on the Intellicam G4-HD-E 16ch. I only need 8ch right now but I'd rather have the capacity to add more w/o incurring a huge expense of a new DVR. SO...that being said. Is this a solid choice for monitoring a large home? I want remote viewing capabilities through the web and phone. I want to be able to pretty much do everything from a remote client as I plan on putting this thing in my locked electronics cabinet with all the other network related stuff (well hidden and out of the way). tracenet 0 Posted January 29, 2010 I have sold and installed many of these units from Intellicam and I like the product alot. I like the configuration and find it easy to train people on. I have one client that has them at 9 of their properties and security is monitored from a central site. You can either use the WEB browser or the Client Software which is included.
