podgeandrodge 0 Posted January 24, 2010 Hi guys, I currently use my N95 and Eagle Eyes to view my AVC761 over the internet. I now have a Nokia N900 (maemo operating system) - anyone have any ideas of a solution that would work - if I browse to the IP address of the DVR the DVR controls come up but no streaming picture - just a movie player icon in the middle of the screen which, if clicked, just tries to save the stream file (empty.mov). Any ideas appreciated!

podgeandrodge 0 Posted February 3, 2010 hi scorpion, using new version on n95 which works fine. problem with n900 is that it is not symbian like n95 but maemo operating system so i don't think eagle eyes is compatible...do you know anyone with the n900 that might know a solution? thanks! scorpion 0 Posted February 3, 2010 No I truely do not. I would make a new thread with that phone type in the heading so others might see it.
dvrtiger 0 Posted February 3, 2010 You should try to update media player and internet browser on Maemo OS (which is based on Debian Linux so it should not be to difficult to do). EagleEye is Java based so it should (in theory) work on all OSs with Java support but it also depends on media (video codecs) specifications of mobile phones.
