Soundy 1 Posted January 27, 2010 Means you can tilt, twist, and turn the camera in three directions. Usually this means you can tilt the camera up and down in its yoke; you can rotate the entire yoke and camera assembly in the dome; and you can rotate just the camera inside its yoke.
