Jonay 0 Posted February 2, 2010 Hello everyone. I'm just new here, at this forum. I work for a spanish CCTV an security-related business. We've got quite a few GV Systems installed, and I'm the one charged with troubleshooting them. Well, I've got an issue with a GV-1240C equipped PC. I built it based on a Asus P5ND, following one of the PDFs that Geovision supplied with certified components, so I assume it is not a hardware issue. The server works flawlessly for about ten hours, and then I get an error that shuts down GV monitoring software: "This software is incompatible with your location". It is 8.31 Multicam Suveillance System, provided by Geovision, knowing that it would be used here, in Spain. It crashes, but when I reboot the system, all works OK again. Any idea of what can I try to stabilise the system? I thought "downgrading" to older GV Software, but I'm not very sure which version would be more reliable in spanish. Thanks everyone. Bye. Todd 0 Posted February 20, 2010 Get the 8.3.2 software and that should take care of the problem. Pulled my hair out with that one.
