I am new to CCTV domain. we are s/w development company. we need 4 Channel PC based DVR Card with good API support( so that in case future we can develop our own application for security persons) and also possibility of viewing in CCTV video mobile phones.

 

Kindly suggest us the DVR Card with the features mentioned. Thanks in advance.
