phr0ze 0 Posted February 4, 2010 I was going to use IP cameras for my install but they start getting real pricey when you add more cameras. I'd rather spend more on a stand alone DVR with IP features. Now my thoughts are to bite the bullet and run cable to analog. So I am thinking of: CNB B2760NVF cameras to meet my outdoor day/night needs. (want to get shot of face from about 30-40 feet.) SSA-0412H - CCTVSTAR 4 Channel, True H.264 Standalone DVR and add cable + power Is there anything missing? I also considered just buying a kit like this http://www.123securityproducts.com/4ecor4dnsys2.html?CS_003=690635&CS_010=4ecor4dnsys2 Thank you.
bpzle 0 Posted February 6, 2010 That DVR is only Triplex operation. See here for the difference: post-54692.html Here's a Pentaplex that we've had good luck with. Has a few more features and works the the iPhone! http://www.cctvco.com/specsheets/SPECDVR_PLEX4_100908.pdf
