Dedicated Micros DS2 Forgoten PASSWORD no ip assigned

i have a problem with my Dedicated Micros Digital Sprite 2 9 Channel Models i still have my user password to view the video footage but unfortunately i forgot the admin password now my DVR record only 3 months and i can't log in to adjust the configuration .

So is there anyway i can reset the password for it even if i didn't give it IP ? and what could be the problem for the only 3 month back recording ?

you would be best contacting your installer to reset your system. passing passwords over a forum is not a good thing.
